This Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Notice”) describes the types of information CADILLAC UNIFORMS AND LINEN SUPPLY, LLC, CADILLAC CLEAN ROOM SERVICES, INC. and GARMENTS AND EMBROIDERIES LLC (jointly, “Cadillac”) may collect from you or that you may provide to us through services accessible via the CadillacMobile app (the “Application”), including, but not limited to uniform rental and laundry services, among others (collectively, the “Service”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy is aligned with Cadillac's internal practices and does not in any way clash with any other policies adopted and prepared by Cadillac.
The words “we”, “us”, or “our” are used interchangeably throughout this Policy to refer to Cadillac.
The terms “you” and “user” are used interchangeably throughout this Policy to refer to any individual, whether a registered or non-registered user, that uses the Service and/or the Application.
This Policy is in effect as of August 1, 2022. We may, from time to time, make changes to this Policy. If this Policy were to be modified either partially or in its entirety, users will be able to access the new Policy upon accessing the Application. By using the Application, you are accepting the practices described in the current version of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, do not use the Application.
We collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, through the Application. This includes first and last name(s), mailing address, physical address, email address, credit or debit card numbers, driver's license number and telephone number.
We collect PII when you provide it to us. As you use our Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect the details of your visits to the Application, including, but not limited to, geolocation data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Application.
We use data voluntarily submitted by you and our clients in order to provide our services, including the Service; to contact you, including regarding the Service, changes to our Application, policies, terms or any products or services we offer; to comply with applicable law(s) (for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena or court order); and for other purposes disclosed at the time personal data is collected.
We may disclose your personal data to enforce our policies, to comply with our legal obligations or in the interests of security, public interest or law enforcement. For example, we may share or disclose your PII if the following circumstances were to arise:
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Policy.

However, there may be instances in which, depending the purpose for which the information was collected, information storage duration may be specified. Once the information collected is no longer of use, Cadillac will follow its document and information destruction protocol.
