1. Use of the Application

By using the CadillacMobile app, you agree to follow our Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
You’re granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the app for lawful personal or approved business use, in line with all applicable laws and Cadillac policies.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date info.
• Keep your login details private.
• Let us know right away if there’s unauthorised access.
• Take responsibility for any activity under your account.

Cadillac may suspend or close your account if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything in the app, text, images, logos, software, and more, is owned by Cadillac or its licensors and protected by law.
Please don’t copy, share, or use any part of the app without our written permission.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app also follows our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal info. By using the app, you agree to those practices.

5. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we can’t promise it’ll always be available or error-free. Cadillac isn’t responsible for issues caused by third-party services, your device, or network problems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Cadillac isn’t responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, related to your use or inability to use the app or services, even if we were warned it could happen.

7. Indemnification

If your use of the app causes any legal trouble, like claims, damages, or violations, you agree to cover Cadillac and its team and protect them from those responsibilities.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted in the app. If you keep using the app after that, it means you accept the updated terms.

9. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

This app is managed in Puerto Rico and intended for users based there. If you use it from outside Puerto Rico, you agree to have your data handled in the U.S. under U.S. and Puerto Rico laws. This app is not for users under 13. In line with COPPA, we don’t knowingly collect data from children under that age.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms follow the laws of Puerto Rico and U.S. federal law. If there’s ever a legal dispute, it will be handled exclusively in Puerto Rico courts.
